Oyepeju Ayomide Ogunseye, Esq., is a legal practitioner with experience spanning legal practice, legal research, commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, taxation and institutional administration.

She holds an LL.B. from Afe Babalola University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.M. from the University of Ibadan, with postgraduate research focused on tax incentives for foreign investment in Nigeria.

Her legal experience includes private legal practice and service as State Counsel, with exposure to legal research, drafting, court and arbitral proceedings, probate and estate matters, registrable instruments, corporate registration, property consultancy and commercial advisory.

Her broader professional experience includes academic administration, legal research, academic development and commercial-law education.

Oyepeju provides academic and professional consultancy support to the firm from time to time, particularly in relation to legal research, continuing legal education, professional development and academic engagement.
